18 October 2025: A one-day dialogue exchange on the topic of Emotions was held at the LTWA Sager Science Centre. Eighteen monastic scholars from eleven different monastic institutions and neuroscientists Dr. Robin Nusslock from the NorthWestern University, USA, Dr. Merieke Van vugt from University of Groningen, Netherlands, Chiara Mascarello and Francesco Tormen from the Italian Buddhist Union Research Center, University of Venice, all part of the Mind and Life Europe, and the LTWA science staffs participated in this discussion. The dialogue aimed to explore the understanding of emotions from both scientific and Buddhist perspectives, fostering mutual learning and deeper appreciation.
